Lovilla "Lovey" DeCicco, 87, a resident of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2017, at Hope Hospice in Fort Myers, Florida, with her family by her side following a long battle with cancer. Lovey (Narum) DeCicco, was born March 1, 1930, in Flom, Minnesota, the daughter of Earnest & Edna Narum. She was united in marriage to Archie Norden on December 26th, 1949 in Gary, Minnesota and together they had five children. Lovey had a zest for life that had a positive impact on her family, friends and countless others she shared her endless energy with. Together with her husband, Archie Norden, they started the Auction Clearing House & Norden Storage Services, which they ran successfully along with their son, Brad Norden, for many years. She was involved in curling, golf, tennis, card games of all types and dearly loved her walks on Fort Myers Beach in Florida. Lovey was a loving, spirited soul who loved musicals, concerts, dancing, traveling, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. Lovey also took delight in long conversations, really long conversations. Years after Archie passed away she met and married Gary DeCicco, the second love of her life, traveling and dancing once more. She had a heart of gold and unbelievable strength. She fought adversity throughout her life and fought up until her last breath. Lovey was a giving, selfless child of God. There are truly no words to describe her grace and loveliness. She spread joy everywhere she went in life's journeys and will be greatly missed by those of us blessed to know her. For all of that knew Lovey, she did what needed to get done, gave whatever she could, and was involved in everything she could possibly be involved in. She lived life, no doubt about it and..SHE DID IT HER WAY! Lovey is survived by her two sons, Dan Norden, Brad (Tammy) Norden, her daughter, Susan (Wayne Lyall) Norden, her daughter-in-law, Jean (Mark) Norden, her grandchildren, Stephanie (Roger) Dowling, Chris Aubol, Andy (Haroula) Norden, Tyler Aubol, Tressa Norden, Sara Norden, Bradley Wolleson and Brittany Wolleson along with two Great Grandchildren, two sisters, Evangeline (Manley) Hillstad and Yvonne Fischer. In addition to her husband, Archie Norden, and husband, Folgore (Gary) DeCicco, she was preceded in death by her daughter Roberta (Bobbie) Torres, her son, Mark Norden, a sister, Beverly Johnson and a brother, Elwood Narum.
