They lived in a small house in York for a short time. In 1962, their first son, James Lemuel Johnson, IV was born in Rugby, ND. The couple were married in Petersburg, and then moved to Glenwood, MN, where Bud had been living. Bud passed away in 2016, followed shortly after by Delores' son, Robert. Both passed away in Glenwood. Delores then wanted to move closer to her family, and relocated to East Grand Forks, MN. She loved her new home in the Town Square senior living apartments.
